Space for Innovators 

Clear structures and an open, bright, and friendly architectural style characterize the flexible constructive form of gate. The office space stretches over three stories. All office space is furnished in a modern and user-oriented fashion. On each floor, there is a kitchenette in each wing. Through glass block walls and an appealing architectural design, an attractive communications area is created.

The free-standing facility in the center of gate serves as a workshop and experiment facility as well as, to a smaller degree, as temporary storage and warehouse space. The parking lot (car park) is generously dimensioned with 162 spaces.

Through the greened roof of the workshop and extensive landscaping design of the parking lot and the surrounding area, ecological aspects were also taken into account. During the planning of the entire building, attention was paid to economy and low maintenance overhead, which in the end benefits the tenants at gate.
